Guidelines for Organizing the Gathering

9:00–9:15

  • Monday to Friday: morning general assembly
  • On Fridays: review of the educational liturgy — services conducted by 6th, 9th, and 12th grade students

From 9:20

  • Educational sessions: organization and presentation of educational projects

Program Content

    • The educational institutions of the Bleyan School: primary school–kindergarten, technological general education middle school, research high school, vocational training college, and educational centers
    • The history of each educational institution/center:
      its name in different periods, structure, number of students, changes in the educational environment (development and improvement of learning spaces), and students of different years
    • Development program of the educational institution/center

Educational Garden in a Residential Suburb

      • Yard football championship
      • Yard chess championship
      • “Green Day in the Educational Garden” projects; creation of new green areas
      • Work on the development of stadiums at the Northern and Eastern school–kindergartens
      • Preparation for summer maintenance

Preparation for the 4th and 5th Periods of the 2025–2026 Academic Year

  • Preparation of environments for beach camps and launch of their activities
  • Publication of announcements and regulations for supplementary education camps in school–kindergartens, educational centers, laboratories, studios, and workshops
  • Publication of calendars, procedures, and workshop programs for admission camps to school–kindergartens, middle and high schools, and the college
  • Publication of programs, procedures, and schedules for summer expedition camps defined by curricula
  • Calendars of military-sport, local history, rural, and other camps

  • Student admissions; signing study contracts with transferring students
