Today we are celebrating the 70th anniversary of Ashot Bleyan, the founder and director of the "Mkhitar Sebastatsi" educational complex.

Describing the seven stages of human life, Shakespeare wrote about the school stage in his play "As You Like It": And then the whining school-boy, with his satchel, and shining morning face, creeping like snail unwillingly to school. 

It is extremely difficult, simply impossible, to contradict any thought written by the genius Shakespeare. Nevertheless, about 400 years after those lines were written, the constantly developing "Mkhitar Sebastatsi" educational complex was founded in the capital of Armenia with its pre-schools, elementary, middle and high schools, and College, which for the first time violated the great sage's prophetic thought. More than 4,000 students, about 60% of whom come with great love and joy from different parts of Yerevan and nearby villages in 61 buses to the schools of the Educational Complex and spend most of the day here. The biggest advantage of the educational complex as a general education institution is that both teaching and learning here are aimed at solving the super-problem of pedagogy as correctly as possible: to work to discover the preferences of each student, and on their basis to develop individual abilities specific to him/her. The "Mkhitar Sebastatsi" educational complex with its authors educational program is a great educational value created during the years of independence of our republic.
