Gathering of foreign language teachers on March 25

On March 25, a regular gathering of the European and Regional Foreign Languages Teachers' Professional Group took place. The meeting was led by Yura Ganjalyan. A methodological issue of foreign language teaching was discussed: "Development of Monologue Skills in the Primary Schools of our EduComplex." Primary school teachers Anna Ganjalyan, Varduhi Margaryan, and Ani Mrteyan shared their experience on this matter. The speakers noted that it is necessary to promote students' independence and self-expression by applying new methodological approaches, such as language games. The aim of all this is to develop students' abilities to be creative, initiative-taking, and thinking individuals.

During the meeting, we also discussed the new format of organizing the entrance camp for students at the Research High School and the general procedure for conducting the entrance camp. Irina Apoyan, Anzhela Movsisyan, Karine Tevosyan, and Ruzanna Sargsyan presented their suggestions. It was decided that foreign language teachers would present their more detailed proposals for organizing the entrance camp activities at the March 27 meeting.
