Discovering the Art that Speaks to You
Irina Apoyan has implemented a short term project with her students of Grade 10.
“Describing the Art That Speaks to You” is a short-term project for 10th graders. Students select a painting and its painter. The goal is to analyze and describe the artwork, exploring why it speaks to them or deeply connects with their emotions and thoughts. Apart from being an informative and research project, it fosters students’ public speaking skills and encourages all students to participate in the project. More in Irina Apoyan's blog.
