“The Case of a Missing Student”

With exceptional acting and excellent direction, “The Case of a Missing Student” mock trial carried out by Irina Apoyan’s class of 10th graders on November 30 was a captivating play showcasing the immense talent and dedication of young performers with mixed abilities, who were able to do their best on stage. It was a success not only because the play raised awareness of lawsuits in civil court but also because the event was participatory and inclusive and managed to create an enabling environment, encouraging every single student to feel important as an integral part of the whole.
