This Morning We Celebrated The Day of European Languages
Since 2001, every
year on September 26, the day of the European languages is celebrated in European countries. Our educational complex
is known to be a multilingual educational institution of Armenia. English,
Russian, French, Spanish, Italian, Georgian are taught in the schools and
College of our educational complex. The
foreign language teachers and learners of our educational complex participated
in this language festival every year and usually the day was marked by
communicating in these languages. Today, however, all the students spoke only
English. The difference was the aim of this short project: to represent the 24
official European languages. Which branch of the Indo-European language family
do these languages belong to, how rich are they, how old are
they and in which countries are these languages spoken? Nune Aydinyan’s
students did their best today.
